OpenCondoDocs collects the documents that condominium corporations and homeowners' associations produce for their owners: bylaws, budgets, financial statements, reserve fund studies, meeting minutes and insurance certificates. It publishes them free, with personal information removed, beside each property's public registry and assessment facts.
